The increasing parts restriction can no longer be ignored. The livelihood of most of us is endangered.

ETA most likely will be the next to indulged in this practice, see document ETA parts.

Now is the time to join forces and put a definite stop to this unlawful practice.

The Justice Department is the entity most qualified for such a task. They know the problem and have already proven them-self.

To have an effective complaint and be heard, we have to be a large number of us in this complaint. I urge all of you to join me and give your comment if any.

It will take you a minute only and ignoring it is not an answer. We do not have many other options to change these restrictions. This time don't think that the others will do it, join us.

ETA to keep producing movement parts for watchmakers

The Swiss Competition Commission says ETA, a subsidiary of the Swatch Group, will continue to deliver movement parts to other watchmakers, ending a two-year investigation into the dispute.

The Competition Commission said ETA had agreed to deliver movement ebauches or blanks-which are unassembled, unfinished mechanical movements, until 2008. ETA will then gradually reduce what it delivers until 2010.
