The Court awarded Mr. Simon and Mr. Spellberg approximately $1.2 million. Mr. Simon and Mr. Spellberg in a motion were awarded a supplemantal $369,221, for an approximate total: $1.6 million.


"Defendant has agreed to pay up to $2 million in fees, expenses, and incentive award as part of the negotiated settlement. On the other hand it is significant that Defendant has not objected to Counsel's claim for additional fees up to the contracted-for cap of $2 million."


"it is significant that Defendant has not objected". One must concludes that Mr. Simon and Mr. Spellberg have fulfill Cartier's negotiated demands therefore no objection was necessary.


"If 400 watchmakers become Newly Qualified Watchmakers and maximize the parts discount, $1.1 million in value would be conferred by the Settlement."

The Cartier Evaluation Form enforced by Mr. Simon and Mr. Spellberg made sure of the results:
"two are under consideration"!!!
91 asked to received one, 8 replied, two are "under consideration."

Was that the Cartier Simon Spellberg negotiation?

The true results are in and in direct contradiction with Mr. Simon and Mr. Spellberg statements.
