Andre Fleury Swiss Watch Co.
United States District Court, Northern District Of California
Case number: C-05-4525 EMC, Andre Fleury, et al. V. Richemont North America, Inc.
Plaintiffs attorneys: Mr. Bruce. L. Simon of: Pearson, Simon, Soter, Warsaw & Penny, LLP.
and Mr. Geoffrey Spellberg of: Meyers, Nave, Riback, Silver & Wilson

Mr. Simon and Mr. Spellberg knowingly misleading ?

They claimed and affirmed a recovery of: $21.5 million on June 2007.
Then on April 02. 2008 they stated a recovery "accurately calculable" as follows:

"Accurately calculable and conservatively total $9,791,800." & "If 400 watchmakers become Newly Qualified Watchmakers and maximize the parts discount, $1.1 million in value would be conferred by the Settlement."

But Judge Chen factual recovery in Doc. 361, shown on the next page is:
$69,406 in coupon at cost value or $222,100 at retail value. Nothing in the millions.

Misleading Email:

"We should not have a problem providing you with that type of letter."

The " letter" was to confirmed I was no longer in the case at Mr. Ryser's request. They intended to coerce him to sign documents intended to me. In the documents was the Evaluation Form I rejected on February 11, 2007 and never heard since. Unknown to me they accepted it.
